Tahir Sönmez graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1995. He has been working as a lawyer and consultant in Commercial and Investment Law for nearly 30 years. He spent approximately four years in various countries in the Middle East, primarily in Dubai. He speaks Arabic and English.
Sherif Samir has over 25 years of international consulting experience in business development and strategic investments, having worked in the Gulf States, North Africa, and Türkiye. His areas of expertise include conducting feasibility studies and developing new projects, managing and resolving legal and administrative issues, and supporting financing, fundraising, and acquisition agreements. He speaks advanced English, Arabic, and Turkish.
Attorney Özgü Doğan graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2016 and completed her master's degree in Health Law at Galatasaray University. She primarily focuses on corporate law and insurance law. She is registered with the Istanbul 1st Bar Association. She speaks English.
