Explicit Consent Texts

This page contains the texts of the explicit consent declarations obtained from users within KÖPRÜ A.Ş.'s website and service processes. Each consent is obtained via a separate checkbox; refusing one does not affect the others.

Under the KVKK, explicit consent must be given freely, on an informed basis, and in relation to a specific matter. Withdrawing consent must be as easy as granting it.

Consent 1 — Commercial Electronic Messages (Newsletter / Announcements)

I consent to KÖPRÜ — İş Destek ve Ticaret A.Ş. sending me informative content regarding investment opportunities, regulatory updates, event announcements and its services via email and/or telephone.

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending an email to info@kopruas.com or by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email. Withdrawal does not render unlawful any communications made prior to it.

Consent 2 — Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

Given the nature of the advisory service, I consent to my personal data (identity, contact and process data) being shared with business partners, public institutions or technical infrastructure providers located abroad, within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK.

The transfer shall be carried out solely for service purposes, with parties from whom a confidentiality undertaking has been obtained, and only to the extent necessary.

Consent 3 — Profiling and Personalized Service

I consent to KÖPRÜ A.Ş. offering me an investment framework, service package recommendation or content tailored to me, based on the information it collects during the advisory process (investment preferences, budget range, target sector, etc.).

This profile information is used solely to improve service quality and is not sold to third parties.

Consent 4 — Marketing / Targeting Cookies

I consent to the use of third-party marketing cookies such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads and LinkedIn Insight Tag on our website (www.kopruas.com), to ads relevant to my interests being shown through these cookies, and to my visit behavior being analyzed.
